It is hard to believe it was 8 years ago today we were at the Manti Temple getting married. Kenn and I were so nervous and excited. In many ways it has been a long 8 years and yet it seems that time has flown since then. Looking back we have grown so much and so much has happened for us. We started off our marriage living in Sandy UT as we both worked at Jordan Commons Theater and Restaurant while going to Stephens Heneger. Kenn joined the Army and we moved to Taylorsville UT. I stayed there while Kenn was in Basic training at Fort Sill OK. I found us a nice rental home in Enterprise AL where we lived while Kenn was learning to fly and we were blessed with our first child, Javin. We were lucky to get housing on post at Fort Rucker AL shortly after. Once Kenn was done with flight school we were stationed at Hunter Army Airfield in Savannah GA, and moved to our current home in GA. Here we have added to the family with two more wonderful children, Hunter and Kierra, and two dogs Koda and Jade. Our next step will be taking us to Alaska. It will be interesting to see what will happen there. Even though we started out dirt poor we have moved on to a somewhat stable environment.
We have survived two very long deployments. We have only been together for about 3 of these 8 anniversaries but we still have survived and love each other more everyday. I wonder where we will be in 8 more years.

Congrats! Life takes us all down some exciting roads. We will REALLY miss you guys. I ahve to say we are VERY jealous of you going to AK. Good luck.
WOW! you are in the same boat as we are. i never knew how alike our stories were...i guess that's why we have the bond we do. you have a wonderful family and i wish you 8 more great years; ALASKA!!! chris will be so jealous when i tell him. he has wanted to be stationed there for a very long time...when do you leave? you still need to take a trip up here....miss you and the kiddos!
